Dating rumours continue to swirl about the The Naked Gun actress and her co-star Liam Neeson
More than three decades after she first shot to fame in the dizzying 1990s, Pamela Anderson’s star has never been brighter. At 58 years old, the actress is experiencing a second coming, propelled once again to the heights of Hollywood and hearts of fans following her retreat from the public eye.
Speaking to Bazaar for the recent July/August issue, The Last Showgirl star shared that her current priorities lay firmly with her upcoming work projects. “I’m really lucky that I’m on the radar of so many great directors… This is such an exciting time,” she says. “I feel I’ve got a lot to learn and do yet.”

Following a turbulent marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, a relationship that would culminate in one of the biggest celebrity scandals of the ’90s, the constant demands of Anderson’s acting career resulted in an unintentional decentering of men in her life — bar her two sons, whose close relationship with their mother was clearly demonstrated in the Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story, co-produced by Brandon Lee.
Well-versed in the fickle nature of the entertainment industry, Anderson says she’s looking to avoid any romantic distractions that could divert her from making the most of her current opportunities. “I feel like because I’ve been given this second chance – not everybody gets one – I get to do it my way,” she shares. “And so, if anyone comes into my life, I have to really trust that it won’t interfere with my one shot.”
What Anderson might not have counted on was that one of these projects would spark a possible new romantic connection; in the past few weeks, while promoting her latest movie The Naked Gun, fervent internet speculation has unravelled around the possible relationship between Anderson and her co-star Liam Neeson.
There’s no denying the clear chemistry between the pair, something that Anderson even confirmed to Entertainment Weekly back in May. During their various promotional events and premieres ahead of the film’s release, the duo have been incredibly doting towards one another, openly trading their admirations back and forth in the press. “First off, I’m madly in love with [Pamela]. She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough,” the Irish actor told People magazine back in November.
Anderson and Neeson are clearly enjoying each other’s company, even playing into their purported relationship with displays of affection on the red carpet. The Taken star has experienced more than his own fair share of heartbreak, having lost his wife, fellow actress Natasha Richardson, in a skiing accident in 2009.
While the internet is ablaze with hope for the late-blooming love story, the pair have yet to confirm or deny any concrete details about their relationship, and in the interest of protecting their own peace, we can hardly blame them.
